Resident Beach Parking Pass Application

Please complete the following form for a Resident Beach Parking Pass. Passes are valid from May 1, 2021 to Sept. 30, 2021. Passes are limited to one permit per household, with up to two licence plates allowed for each permit. Multiple applications from the same household will not be considered.

Please note: a pass does not guarantee a parking space. Passes are available to St. Catharines residents only.

Part A: Applicant Information

Please note, only applications from St. Catharines residents will be considered. Addresses and documentation are being verified. 

Part B: Vehicle Information

All vehicles must be registered to the above address. Maximum two licence plates permited. Proof of vehicle registration will be required later in this application.

The documents below must be included with your application. Failure to provide any of the requested information will result in the delay of the application being processed.

Part D: Application Finalization

Important information:

1. The Beach Parking Pass is only valid:
            • When displayed in the vehicle identifying the plate it is issued to
            • For the specific period it has been issued
            • If the permit is clearly visible on the rearview mirror of the vehicle

2. The permit only exempts the vehicle from payment and time restrictions that are in place in the Sunset Beach parking lot and the Lakeside Park parking lot. It does not exempt the vehicle from parking within any other metered parking area or for a period extending longer than the posted time limit.

3. The permit does not reserve or guarantee a parking space in either lot.

4. The permit does not relieve the holder from observing all other provisions of the Highway Traffic Act or Municipal By-laws.

5. Any vehicle found in violation will be subject to a ticket and/or towing at the owner’s expense, without notice.

6. The City reserves the right to cancel the privilege granted under this permit at any time without prior notice.

7. The City assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents to fire, theft, collision, or any other cause.
